ADOPT-A-BOX PROGRAM
program overview
Started in 2016, the goal of the Adopt-a-Box Program is to maintain the appearance of the planter boxes that are installed along Washington Street (between Liberty Street and State Street) and to continue promoting an attractive and vibrant living/working community in the Peoria Illinois Downtown area.
Community members and businesses have come together to adopt numerous boxes along the corridor in an effort to beautify the neighborhood. Keep Peoria Beautiful has adopted the round-about and invested time and money into it’s care and maintenance.
